Information
- The consumer or authorized representative must sign the time sheet at the end of the pay period. If you have shared supports then someone must verify for each of the consumers on the timesheet.
- Depending on which type of service that the DSW is providing (Individual Support Day/Night or Shared Support Day/Night.) will determine what type of time sheet will be filled out.
- AHCS-D/N time sheets are blue in color
- Shared Support-D/N time sheets are pink in color.
- The LaSRS system can be accessed at the following web address: https://lasrs.statres.com
- LaSRS is mobile friendly and can be accessed from any mobile device, smart cellular phone, tablet, laptop, or PC that has Wi-Fi access or a cellular data plan and has an internet browser installed. LaSRS will not take the place of employee timesheets and progress notes. They will be written and turned in as usual.
- The time on your timesheet and notes must match the time you clocked in and out on LaSaRS
- Timesheets and notes are due in the office on designated Monday by 10:00AM.
When logging into LaSRS you will get a message, lasrs.statres.com wants to track your physical location. Click Always Allow. This allows your GPS location to be collected at check in and check out ONLY
- If you leave from a client and have to return to the same client on the same day, to begin a new service with that client, simply click the New Session button.
Problem Solving in LaSRS
- A user is allowed 5 attempts to log into the site. If a user fails to login successfully, the user will be locked out of LaSRS and will need to call the office to be unlocked. Please be careful when logging into the site!!
- If you get locked out of your account on the weekend or outside of business hours, please call the office on the next business day. (Same rules apply if you forget to clock in or out, or have any questions or problems with the system)
- Call the receptionist or someone in accounting for assistance.
- Call the staffing coordinator or the receptionist if you are working with a new client and they are not on your service check in/check out list.
